Our generation is choosing to have children much later in life than our parents did. Combine this with the fact that fertility begins to decline rapidly at age 35, and it’s no wonder that 1 in 8 couples in the US experience infertility. What we eat and do to our body on a daily basis impacts our health, which includes our fertility. I’ve created a short video with 3 tips to get pregnant after age 35 to give some guidance in the areas of mind, body, and Western intervention when it comes to fertility.
If you’re struggling to get pregnant and are 35 or over, don’t lose hope! It is possible to lead a healthy lifestyle, get pregnant, and have a healthy pregnancy. Just this summer there was an article published that gave hope that women may be able to grow more eggs later in life. Although the research is still controversial and in it’s early stages, it’s just another example that there is so much we don’t know about the human body. However we do know that the basics are always good for us: sleeping well, drinking enough water, and eating real food. Check out my short video here for other tips to get pregnant after age 35 (or at any time in your life really).
Until next time – don’t stop dreaming,
