• Initial 30-minute consult
  • Our work together begins with a 30-minute consult, so I can get to know you better and discuss your fertility goals.
• Personalized fertility plan!
  • After your consult, I will create a personalized fertility plan for your unique situation. Complete with personalized suggestions for:
    • dietary changes
    • supplements
    • stress reduction techniques
    • directions for taking basal body temperatures (if relevant)
    • suggestions for upcoming IUI/IVF/FET cycles (if relevant)
  • You’re plan will be emailed to you within 3 business days of your consult so you can begin implementing these recommendations ASAP!
• Weekly Fertility Coaching!
  • During your subscription you will receive access to me personally, during which you be will able to schedule weekly 30-minute fertility coaching sessions. During each session, we will discuss where you’re at with your fertility goals, what you need to work on to move forward, and we will agree upon homework for you to complete before our next call.
  • You will receive an email recap (notes) of our call from me after each one (so you can stay on track with your fertility homework).
• Access between phone calls
  • That’s right, if you have a question or concern between our phone calls, just reach out and I’ll respond within 24 hours. This allows you to consistently make progress week after week.
• Herbal tincture recommendations (for clients in the continential United States only*)
  • Each month you’ll receive a package mailed directly to you, with your herbal tinctures for the month.
  • These herbal tinctures will be specific to your fertility needs to help us improve fertility as quickly as possible.
  • Why tinctures? I find that clients are more consistent with tinctures and they work quicker than other oral herbal supplements or herbal teas.
  • Clients taking fertility medications may or may not be given herbal tinctures, depending on their fertility history, medications being taken, and where they are in the IVF/IUI process.
  • *For clients outside the continential U.S., an additional fee may apply for herbal tinctures.
• Ear seeds and instructions for how to use them (for clients not already receiving acupuncture; for patients in the United States only)
  • These acupuncture points are traditionally used to help lower stress, balance hormones, and improve fertility. Now you can use them in the comfort of your own home to enhance your fertility!
  • This will be mailed during the first month of coaching, after our first weekly call occurs (to make sure I send you the most relevant points for your fertility situation).
